The Client:

Parrs, Merse Road, Redditch

The Project:

As part of a strategic accommodation plan, Parrs operations were to be relocated to the neighbouring linked unit. This would allow the Administration Office, Warehouse and Logistics to be consolidated into one unit.

Before the Administration function could be relocated, the vacant office space required a complete refurbishment including:-

• Space Planning
• Remodelling internal walls
• New external windows and entrance door
• Refurbishment of kitchen and toilets
• Decorations
• Floor finishes
• Power and lighting
• Data and voice cabling

The complete project was managed by ABC’s Project Management Team, which was followed by the successful relocation of staff reusing existing furniture.
