The client had strategically decided to consolidate two of their Midland sites into one central location in Solihull. In order to minimize risk on the business, through relocating large numbers of staff, the move date had been set to coincide with a long public holiday weekend to maximize the relocation programme. The move date had been set, therefore the refurbishment programme period had a specific deadline and practical completion was met.
