CHARITY EVENT LAND’S END TO JOHN O’GROATS CYCLE RIDE – April/May 2018

May 10, 2018

Aggora colleague, Matt Wheeler and friends Rob Oliver and Jonathan Dicks, have just completed cycling the length of the UK on the Lands End to John O’Groats cycle challenge starting in Lands’ End on Saturday 28th April and finishing on Monday 7th May, covering 1000 miles in 10 days.

The target £10,000 being raised will be split between their chosen charities of MNDA (Motor Neurone Disease Association) and Parkinson’s Disease.

The complete office of Aggora and ABC Solutions have been following daily progress from a mobile tracker, carried by Matt’s bike, set up through the team’s website, Deadlegz.com website. Daily updates were also posted and supported through Facebook.

In support of their enormous effort, ABC Solutions Director, Simon Beacham, arranged to cycle and intercept the team on their Weston Super Mare to Worcester leg, meeting them in Gloucester.

Simon stated – “it was an honour to join the team on route and be a small part of this huge challenge and to see first hand the massive physical effort involved”

Well done to the Deadlegz team on completing this fabulous challenge and for the funds raised.
