COVID-19 – ABC Solutions Action Statement

We’re all aware by now of the developing spread of the COVID-19 virus and would like to update you on measures being put in place by ABC Solutions (UK) Limited.

We work on a national basis using regional sub-contractors and supply chain for many reasons the primary reasons being:

  • Environmental footprint (reduced movement of vehicles)
  • Cost
  • Local knowledge
  • Time management

With this in mind, we are effectively minimising the movement of people to different regions of the country.

We have introduced an interim vetting policy with immediate effect with our supply chain, sub-contractors, drivers, fitters, etc.

We have based this on the guidelines set out by the NHS and PHE (Public Health England) from their website alerts.

We will be primarily checking on the recent movement of those concerned, interaction with people who may have travelled and those who may have come in to contact with anyone suspected of contracting the virus.

If anyone fails to meet the criteria required, we will not engage them on any ABC Solutions projects, site visits, deliveries, etc.

We can’t guarantee complete vetting, but we are endeavouring to minimise risk and support our valued clients and their businesses
