What are the services?
In most leases there is an obligation on the tenant to leave the vacated premises in the same condition when they moved in. We can clear out any redundant furniture and fittings and comply with a dilapidations schedule by redecorating, replacing ceiling tiles and carpet tiles and carrying out alternations to power lighting and data to leave the premises in a condition acceptable to the landlord.
